My biggest concern was getting yet another headshot of me with that “deer in the headlights look and the fake smile” That definitely did not come true. Of the 20 proofs you sent, I could have pointed to any one of them and it would have been better than any headshot I’ve had done in the last 9 years.

What was your biggest concern before hiring us?  Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

Our engagement shoot was the first photo session we had done together, and we were nervous that we would feel awkward in front of the camera, and that this would show in our pictures. After meeting with Clinton and Rhonda for the first time, however, we felt comfortable and relieved, and instantly knew we were in good hands. Our engagement session ended up being so much fun, and the pictures were amazing. We were so excited that Clinton and Rhonda would be shooting our wedding photos as well, and could not wait to see how these turned out. Of course, they were better than we could have ever imagined. Our favourite part was how much fun we had, and how creative Clinton and Rhonda are with their poses and locations. They’re both incredibly passionate, and this is evident in every photo they take. They always capture the perfect pose that is “in the moment” and natural, which, as most can agree, always results in the perfect picture! The group shots of our wedding party in particular are so fun, and capture everyone’s unique personality, and we love that.

We mentioned in our initial meeting to Clinton & Rhonda that we were worried about not being a super romantic/PDA couple so were concerned about the pictures coming out awkward or forced. With your direction during both the engagement shoot and the wedding it really helped us relax and the pictures came off super natural which we were more than pleased about.

We loved your laid back personality and sense of humour. It came in handy when our wedding party was cracking jokes but also in some of your signature shots that matched our personalities perfectly!

We would (and have!) told them that we were so happy with our decision to go with ME photography. We initially thought they were a little pricey, but after seeing their high quality work, and not to mention all of the add-ons in their photo package, we are happy to say they were totally worth every penny!

Can't say enough good things about Clinton and Rhonda. They were awesome! We hired Me Photography for our wedding and received more than we anticipated. Having never done any photo shoots, we were nervous at the engagement session. Clinton explained some techniques to create attractive images and helped us become comfortable in front of the camera. We both had more fun with it than we expected to. Throughout the wedding planning process Me Photography was easily accessible, punctual with answers, and took time to explain details. Our biggest fear hiring a photographer was hiring someone that we didn’t mesh well with and that wasn’t creative when capturing shots of the most important day in our lives. These fears quickly vanished with Me Photography. Clinton and Rhonda are extremely wonderful, easy going, professional and talented artists. There was never an awkward moment and they always recommended poses and stances that optimized our picture quality! My husband even enjoyed the engagement photos and wedding photos and he HATES that kind of stuff usually!

We absolutely loved the fact that Me Photography is a husband/wife team! We felt like there was always someone there to capture our important and precious moments. Being self conscious, a few of my main concerns were looking unflattering and not liking images of myself. This was not the case, I felt Clinton did a great job to help us look our best and encouraged us to look and feel natural.

Biggest concern – would’ve been driving the distance to meet you. Both times we had morning shoots, but for us it meant that we had to get our family organized early enough, take the hour drive to meet you and then hope and pray that the boys would be in an amicable mood when working with you. However, YES the drive was long, but ABSOLUTELY it was worth it! Clinton you were awesome with the boys and really worked with them on their level (including their spontaneity and energy). They thoroughly enjoyed their time (and attention) from you, that they couldn’t wait to take the drive back to have you do it again.

What, specifically, was your favourite part of working with Me Photography, and why?

Clinton – you are both organized and spontaneous! I loved the fact that you scoped out the sites and had already thought of potential poses, ensuring that all your props were with you. But when the boys started to get restless and silly – so did you! The boys loved your easy going and fun personality!

If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say?

Definitely worth the drive! Since having professional photos with Clinton, we will never go back to Wal-Mart still photos again – it’s worth the switch and the price! Clinton took the time to really get to know my boys, he asked me a ton of questions about their interests and likes even before meeting them; and then when he did meet them – he was right at their level, joking along with them! His style certainly lent to the relaxed atmosphere which of course facilitated the “trueness” of the boys that shined in their photos.

If you are having any doubts on whether or not you should have Clinton and Rhonda from Me Photography photograph your special event, wedding or engagement I am here to tell you that there should be no doubts because these two are amazing!!

They just shot mine and my fiancées engagement session! The weekend we had was full of the most rain we've seen all year and our original location was too dangerous to shoot at. So what did they do? Instead of cancelling they suggested a later time and different location (in Rockwood instead of Fergus) that day! You know how relieved we were that they didn't cancel? We had our makeup done and ready to go that day so we would of been disappointed if the shoot didn't happen.

They were SO funny! They cracked some jokes in the session to loosen us up a bit (because in the beginning you know it's a little awkward) but by the end they were capturing such raw emotion from us because we felt so comfortable with them within that hour and a half.

Our engagement photos were done in a timely manner and are beyond STUNNING. My fiancée and I did not know what to expect because we have never had professional photos taken of us before. They were spectacular and we absolutely loved the selection of poses we had!

If you are having doubts or are terrified because photos are a lot of money and you can't get those moments back on your big day... trust me go with Me Photography!!

Their pricing was the most reasonable pricing out of the Fergus area and Guelph, KW Cambridge area for the quality of service they provide and the products within their service. We vetted a lot of them out before stumbling upon Me Photography. We met with them for 2.5 hours to go over all the stuff included in their wedding package (which is so much!) and also talked with them to see if we would be a great fit! They also put no pressure on us and said that we can do the engagement shoot and if we feel it didn't work out and they weren't a good fit for us then there is no obligation that they photograph our wedding.

What was your biggest concern before hiring us?  Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

To be honest I didn't have any concerns when hiring you...my sister had already booked you before I was engaged. But we had done a family photo shoot about two years previously and we loved the pictures taken then and I had heard from word of mouth that you guys were good. Any concern or worry I had about the few important moments I wanted captured was noted and was done perfectly.

What, specifically, was your favourite part of working with Me Photography, and why?

This is a hard question. I loved the engagement photo shoot. It gave me and Terry a chance to be comfortable in front of the camera and get to know Clinton. We had a blast. On the wedding day Rhonda was great when we were getting ready and taking photos, there were photos I didn't realize were important and she got them all. During the ceremony I didn't even notice you were there and for me that was perfect because it was one less thing to worry about. The night pictures were amazing I had so much fun with these and this also was one of my favourite parts. I enjoyed the whole process!! It was all my favourite!!

If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say? 

I loved the whole experience with ME Photography. I loved the package they had with everything I could have wanted. The engagement photo shoot was so great. Terry and I were both nervous and it was so easy and fun we laughed a lot which made it relaxed and natural. The wedding day was great the photos were done with the same feel never felt rushed or that picture moments were forgotten. I love the night shots as well!

My overall rating of Clinton and Rhonda is resoundingly outstanding. As a photographer myself, I was very particular in choosing a wedding photographer with my daughter-in-law.

I wanted to choose someone that could 1) give an ideal look and feel that she was looking for 2) had a high level of experience yet still showed a passion for weddings (some get burned out) 3) was organized and punctual 4) had a personality that would get along easily with guests and staff and finally 5) two shooters that have a consistent style (one shooter is not enough to adequately cover a wedding). Clinton and Rhonda met and surpassed all these requirements.

They were punctual and present for the rehearsal and the full wedding day from start to finish giving 110%. They were sensitive to all the key wedding moments and paid special attention to catch those magical times between family and friends as well. They were extremely courteous and understanding throughout the day. As a result of proper planning and asking all the pertinent questions ahead of time on both sides, we were not aware of any major obstacles, despite this being the first winter wedding they had shot. It was definitely a worry free component of the wedding. Finally, as my son and wife were heading overseas for their honeymoon and wanted to bring photographs to show family there, Clinton put a rush on getting the edited photographs to them and the finished album came within more than a reasonable time frame.

So all in all hiring them was a fantastic experience and I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to have incredible lifetime memories of their wedding.

We were worried that the pictures would not turn out well or would not look natural but that is probably a concern everyone has before creating a memory of a time of our lives.

I guess just apprehensive about having a close friend take photos, where having a stranger may be more comfortable, less awkward. My friend Clinton is a great photographer that brings a great sense of humor and experience to his work. Even though we are friends and have a relationship he made us feel comfortable and it was not awkward at all. Even though he messed up in regards to the location that we were to meet, he took all the responsibility for the mistake and gave me a kiss to make up for his mistake. :)

I wasn't sure if (the session) would feel natural, but it was and quick and Clinton you are so Friendly! We really liked how quick the turn around was to receive our proofs and prints. Our beautiful photos will last a lifetime!
